Those of you over 35 years of age, may recall the buzz this beer created way back in 2005, at a time with very few craft beers to pollenate your tastebuds. This crisp flirty brew is fermented with orange blossom honey from local bees. As we fermented out the sugers we are left with a honey character without the excessive sweetness. The result is an easy drinking ale full of local character. To celebrate our win of Champion Small Brewery at the 2023 Royal Adelaide Beer Awards, weve listened to our fans that have never stopped asking for this original craft beer trail blazer.
